  I would rate this store 4 1/2'stars. Staff are always helpful, friendly, have good knowledge, go out of their way to assist. But it is a very busy store, so you do have to wait for assistance. It's a good size store, clean, stock displayed well, great variety and stocks some unusual instruments, good prices, easy parking. Open 7 days. I recommend a visit.

  One of the best music shops I have been to. I went here for a browse only, for my son. But started talking to one of the staff who pointed me to a bass player that new his stuff and was willing to share his knowledge and time, they had a great range of gear and could not do enough for my son. I did not buy anything this time but I found what I want next. I know they will post it to me but I think I will drive the 3 hours to buy it from here because they were that helpfull, and I want another look.

  Awesome guitar shop. Wide range, knowledgeable staff, excellent service on click and collect and in-store purchases, excellent packing for online orders, fast shipping. On the rare occasion there is an issue, they get it sorted quickly. You stay 100% awesome, Mooloolaba Music!

  Awesome store!! Great variety of instruments, tuners and amps. Love the guitars they have on display. I spent over an hour inside the store, sadly they did not have the strings we needed but that was one time, all other experiences were great. Also great prices and awesome store in general.

  I live interstate and recently purchased a pedal from this store. They shipped it to me and unfortunately it had a manufacturer error. I got in contact with them and they got me to return it, test it didn’t work and then applied to get me a replacement. I had to wait as the replacement would come from America (which is no fault of the store) but they kept me in the loop the whole time and were super friendly. Just glad to get my awesome and unique pedal from such a fantastic service. 11/10 Customer Service, simply tremendous.
