  Visited Best Friends yesterday and was greeted by all staff with smiles and offers to help. When we eventually figured out what we were looking for staff member Colleen helped us find exactly what we needed. We asked a million questions and she had all the answers, super helpful!!

  First time into the store, straight away one of the young ladies came to offer me any assistance, On checkout was told about the membership so joined up. The gentleman was very polite & informative on the worm tablets I was after. Couldn't have been more impressed.

  Vet services affiliated with this shop are massively overcharging for their services. When i questioned the fees they told me the fees are set by the headoffice in Melbourne. No number of the headoffice was available anywhere for a complaint or a feedback. They also told me that a $20 dispensing fee for a $15 medication for my kitten is a standard thing and that a normal pharmacy charges the same when dispensing meds for people, which is not true...no pharmacy charges $20 dispensing fee on top of the price for meds. I found the staff to be nice enough but their prices and fees are outrages. It looks like its all about making money at the expense of the animals and the love that us owners have for our furry family members ... i will not support this unethical business.
